Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

We do not entertain Returns or Exchanges as we are a make-to-order brand. Each garment is handmade by our skilled artisans only after receiving an order.

However, Returns and Exchange of any product are only possible under the following conditions and by way of a credit note.


Damaged Goods

We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves our store. If you feel your merchandise is damaged, you must let us know within 2 working days of receipt. A full account credit will be applicable for damaged products. Items cannot be returned on grounds of color, choice, or handwork.


Wrong Orders

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please write to us with your order number and name. We shall ship the merchandise you requested as soon as we receive our wrongly sent merchandise in its original form and packaging.


Terms of Return & Exchange

Please note that the return courier must be borne by the buyer. We suggest taking a video/pictures while opening the package in case there is damage.
Once we receive the returned product, it undergoes a quality check. Once approved, a new product will be shipped to you within 10 days from the date of approval from our QC team.

All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged by you. We will not incur shipping or insurance charges on merchandise that is canceled.

The returned goods must contain all labels, tags, receipts, and other packaging with which the goods were sent to you. We reserve the right to refuse return or exchange in case of missing packaging.

All returns will only be on a credit basis. A credit note will be sent to the email address or phone number provided by the buyer.

This amount will exclude shipping and handling charges. Exchange can only be in the form of repurchase via the credit note.

If you wish to modify your order, please inform us within 24 hours. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee the purchase can be modified.


Refunds

All refunds are made by way of a credit note only. If you wish to return or exchange your order because of one of the reasons mentioned above and approved by our QC team, you will be provided with a credit note that can be used for future purchases from our online store. The validity of the credit note will be 365 days from the date of issue of the credit note.


Cancellation

We do not entertain cancellation of orders after 24 hours of receiving the order. However, if the order is canceled within 24 hours of placing it, you will be refunded for the order placed.

There will be no cash or online payment refund for the cancellation of an order.

You will be provided with a credit note that can be used for future purchases from our online store. The validity of the credit note will be 365 days from the date of issue of the credit note.
